How Do I Make This Fit? SAT, MAY 16, 11am-1pm
Are you stumped on how to alter a garment so that it fits you well? This class will help you identify why your sewing project or item from your
closet doesn’t fit quite right, exactly how to alter it, and likely make it your favorite thing to wear!
Class includes:
- a fitting of your personal item
- an explanation of how to do the alteration
- time to work on your garment
- bring your questions about fit and altering
- also, learning from watching other people’s fittings
- use of our babylock Jubiant sewing machines and notions kit (small and larger scissors, tweezer, seam ripper, measuring tape) - you are welcome to bring your own sewing machine and supplies if you prefer
What to bring to class:
- Bring a garment that you’re working on, or from your closet that you would like to fit better.
- Bring thread to match.

| Requirements: | Bring a garment that does not fit you the way you'd like! It can be one you've sewn or a purchased garment. You will try on the garment in class and Cindy will show you exactly how to alter it. |
