No two pattern makers have the same sizing system, so the key to selecting the right commercial pattern (or drafting your own patterns - Mischelle has a class for that!) is knowing your current and correct measurements. Bodies change over time and for the best fitting clothes we recommend you take this class at least once per year. Measuring is much easier when you have a buddy to help.

Have you been avoiding making projects with zippers? Fear not, become confident! This workshop will show you the simple techniques to install a good looking zipper every time. We will have hands on learning of how to install 3 zipper applications: a centered zipper, a lap zipper, and and invisible zipper. If you have a project in the works that involves a zipper, you can bring that in. Otherwise, the "practice" zippers and fabric will be provided for you. You will take home your finished samples to inspire you to create projects using these techniques.

Measurements matter! No two pattern makers have the same sizing system, so the key to selecting the right commercial pattern (or drafting your own patterns - Mischelle has a class for that!) is knowing your current and correct measurements. Bodies change over time and for the best fitting clothes we recommend you take this class at least once per year. Measuring is much easier when you have a buddy to help.
